what if in a month you could change the way you do things in your life. this is not a quick fix, simply a change in your lifestyle. i hate the word diet. diets don't work. it's true. they don't. there is no fast way to loose that weight. but by making simple and do able changes it is all possible. 1 - keep a food diary. Before you can improve your diet, you have to know where you stand. Record everything you eat and drink for 5 days and use these tips to improve your diet a little bit each day. also write down how you feel. if you are an emotional eater you can figure out the reasons why you are going to the fridge and pantry and resolve those issues. 2 - eat breakfast. it boost your energy, metabolism and mental focus. Plus, breakfast easters consume fewer calories throughout the day than people who skip this meal. and make sure it's a high fibre breakfast as well. 3 - try to eat 2-4 servings of fruit each day. 4 - aim to drink 2 litres of water a day. 5 - if you are too busy to cook and want to go take out instead. make bulk items and freeze it. 6 - have an organized shopping list. only buy what is on your list. and don't go shopping when you are hungry, you'll more than likely buy more. 7 - try not to gobble your food down. chew, chew, chew. you'll enjoy your food a lot more, less likely to have that second helping. but you'll also be less than likely to experience reflux. 8 - have a smaller portion. and say no to supersizing. these are small changes but do-able changes. thanks for an important information. i'll try out this. from last one year i have gained more than 10 kgs. and i m very depressed . i have lost my hope in reducing my weight.i dont even feel like doing anything now. but then too, i'll try this out. thanks a lot my friend, thanks if this helps me i'll be VERY VERY THANKFUL to you. i know what it's like to gain weight. i want to loose 15 kgs. it's mainly pregancy weight that'm i'm carrying. my bubs was born in dec 06. i find that these simple things are do-able and easy to achieve. Good luck

In our country there are different seasons,in summer we eat more liquid food like,buttermilk,juices,soups,squashes.We eat fruits like watermelon,grapes,strawberry,mango.Grains like rice,jower which is easily digested.In winter we eat food which is highly nutritious like dryfruits,milk and milkproducts,ghee,sweets made from hurbs and spices and milk and dryfruits,we eat paks and vegetables and salads.In moonsoon we eat food with less calory like salads,sprouts and rice.we drink 8 to 10 glasses of water in summer.in winter we drink warm water and in moonsoon we drink boiled water.
