What do the stars with numbers on it represent?

I might have missed some info on creating accounts for myLot but what do the stars with numbers in it above account names represent?

Hi, I was just reading about this in another post. From what I remember....once you reach 100 posts, you get a star. The number in the star is your rating. Other members rate your posts and the higher the number, the better your posting is.
