What should the ideal time to do excercise? Is it Morning? Or Evening? How much time, if it is daily?

Morning, definitly. It helps boost your metabolism for the entire day. If you work out at night, it can often increase your heart rate and make it hard to fall asleep. Making a habit of working out in the morning is the best for you. Doens't matter how long - 20 minutes, 30, and hour. Do what works for you. SOMETHING is always better than nothing.

I think exercising in the morning gives you more energy and a better attitude for the day. I notice that when I walked early in the morning I felt so much better. If you're like most people though you just have to fit it into your day where you can.

it depends upon your rate and level of fittness. If you are just starting out, then half a hour first thing in the morning is best. However, it does need to be every morning blessed be

I walk 3 km in the morning, when I come back I do a few wight lifting for 25 minutes, and round about 4 o'clock I walk 3 km again. This is my routine for the week with resting time over the weekend.

I think it is best to do the exercise in the morning. You'll get a lot of vitamin D from Mr. Sun.

A 30-45 Minute aerobic (light) exercise every morning is better. And dont skip a 5-minute stretching or warm-up. Most people have a hard time waking up early so they exercise at evening after work. This is ok as long as you dont go to bed at once, or you will have a hard time sleeping. Cardio exercises should also be done maybe once or twice a week.
