Coffee drinkers say coffee is good because it contains antioxidants while tea drinkers say tea has a slimming effect. Both are good but which one do you prefer drinking?

English Breakfast blend, made in the following manner. Empty the kettle and fill from a fast running cold tap, boil and use some of the water to warm the pot. Add loose tea to the pot, one spoonful for each cup you are going to poor or two for a mug and one extra. Cover the pot in a cosy to keep in warm and allow to brew for 5 minutes stirring once between. This brewing process allows one to begin to enter the state of deep relaxation. At the end of the 5 minute period poor the tea but not all into one cup and then the next rather a little into one then a little into the next, etc. Pour the tea from a height to allow the tea to aerate. Add a little milk but no sugar. Sipping the tea gentle now engenders the ultimate health giving state of relaxation in which total awareness of of ones inner, outer and situated being may be experienced. It is also known that tea has better antioxidants and is an anti-carcinogen. all the best urban

A large amount of coffee or tea could endanger your health. Try to minimize your intake. Control drinking. Remember that anything in excess is bad or vice.

Coffee doesn't contain antioxidants if I remember correctly. Green tea is the one that contain antioxidants and it is also this that causes a supposed slimming effect. Coffee just thins your blood and drinking too much caffeine is not good (tea has much much less caffeine than coffee). So go for coffee is you enjoy it for the taste/aroma or if you need to "wake up". Otherwise for beneficial properties, go for tea, green tea to be precise. Hope this helps. ;-)
