How to rate???

Okay well everyone is partial to their own way of rating people, and that's all fine and dandy, but i rate this way. Was the response more than one line? Did it get the objective you set out and did it stick with it? Did the person answer in detail, and to everything you asked? Was the person decent, and understanding? If all of these are a yes, i rate it + Now, If they have been biligerant, rude, or bashing of several people in the post, and don't care to answer your question, or talk About your topic, just have something bad to say about it, Post something like - Ya i agree with you Or totally miss the idea of the topic going off into their own topid in the discussion, they are rated - If they get too rude and bilegerant, i use the ! and report them, being for some important reasoning, it has to be something pretty bad though, also if they just go in there saying - ya - or doing something like this - jhkjhldkfs- then i also use ! and report them, because their just penny gaining, and it's wrong and against the rules. That's how i rate them. But then again, everyone is different. I don't rate them on their opinion, because everyone has a different opinion, and i can't decide someone's a bad person because they don't agree with me, or that they don't deserve a good rating, because we all have opinions on everything, and it's not right to judge.
