How often do you drink coffee?

I limit myself to one cup. I sometimes take more on weekends.

Ussually i take two cups of coffee in a day.Firsty in the morning and another in the evening. And when I m tired i take more than two.

I drink no more than 6 cups a day of coffee. I get cranky with more.

i only drink once..actually it contains caffine so taking much of caffine is not gud for health..

I like in the morning mostly but in the evening with dessert it is often good and aids the digestion.

before, i used to drink more than 4 cups in a day. now i have limited my coffee intake to once a day, during breakfast. aside from its effect in our sleep, it also discolors our teeth.
