i admit that i got into the show in the first season... the storylines in this last season were great, if not overblown in some aspects. i thought the finale was a fitting end, it was kinda cool how the entire circle effect happened with the Cohens ending up back in Berkeley and Ryan becoming an architect. I did love the Ryan-Taylor dyanamic, i thought that Taylor was an awesome character... all in all, i will miss the show in general. got so much better after they killed off Marissa, but it was never given an opportunity to explore a long term show without her...

What should we be remembered for? Let us for a moment pause to reflect what it is that for which we would like to be remembered for by future generations. Will we be remembered for how many mosques our generation has added, will we be remembered for how many temples our generation has added or will we be remembered for how many gurudwaras our generation has added? No, not at all. We will be remembered only if we give to our younger generation a prosperous and safe Nation, resulting out of economic prosperity coupled with civilisational heritage.

And what exactly does this have to do with the question?

I am one of them that was saddened by the ending of the O.C. I watched it every week. If I had something to do the evening of the show, I taped it. I still have the tapes with all the episodes. I'm thinking about getting the DVD series. The reason I got interested in the O.C was Ryan and Merissa. They were my favorite couple. After Merissa got off, I watched it to see what would become of Seth and Summer. Those people were the only reasons why I watched the O.C.
