Hi, any land speculators out there? After 9/11, I bought several parcels of property across the country. Now, the parcels have appreciated to the point that I'd like to sell. What is the procedure for selling quitclaim a parcel in say Texas, to a person in Minnesota, and I live in Florida? I gotta admit, I'm very new to this. I've tried several times to ask "experts", but either they are clueless(not likely) or they just don't understand what I am asking. If you were in my situation looking to sell for cash only, (no financing) in the above situation, how would you do it? Responses to this would be appreciated, please, no cut and paste jobs from people looking to make some money. I need real help here. Thanks.
