what did you do to let out stress?

stress can really eat you up if you don't know how to release it. So how do you deal with it? I indulge myself to sports like bowling and badminton. Prayer makes me at peace too.

First i try talking to my closest friends and my husband about the issues, if that doesn't help i then go on to working out, a good invigerating work out releases stress endorphens, which makes a person feel so much better. there's also getting time to myself, just me time, no one else, and nothing else, no pets no computer no people, nothing just me. It helps a lot. And also getting out with my husband, just going somewhere nice, calm, relaxing... there's so many things, that one can normally find ways to release their stress. It's just if a person choses to, and if they chose to and say they don't have the time, well there's always a way to make time.
