hi , i want to study online & earn a degree , what's my chances with low cost ones , i want to have a business administration or marketing degree thanks

I think you can opt for short term courses on Securities and Share Trading provided by Bombay Stock Exchange which is of low cost and then You can earn by working in share trading.

Go study at MDIS or SIM. There are many private institutions around. Opportunities are everywhere!
