Allocation of earning

Can anyone please say me the way the mylot allocates money to those discussions that are valuable more than the ones that are waste. Can anyone also say me how much money is allocated to response, for a discussion, for images ....

We mylotters thought that for each discussion we are getting paid 0.03 cents and for each response are getting 0.02 but when we mail to mylot and ask they say that they payment completely depends on the quality of response.
