My baby is 13 months old and he only has his front four teeth. When will we be expecting his molars to come in? Are baby's more miserable when the molars come in more than the front ones?

I think that you will see molars by the age of 2, if I remember correctly, but each child is different. If your baby had trouble with the front teeth you can expect that the molars will be tough on both of you. They don't have the cutting edges of the front teath and so the soreness associated with their coming in is greater. Have some liquid baby tylenol on hand because it help to rub it on the ugms as you give the regular dose.
