Do you have carpal tunnel syndrome?

I have wrist pain, numbness during the night, i guess i have CTS in the starting stage all because of using the computer extensively including for mylot and others. I feel that every one should take precautions to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome being afflicting them by using the computer with proper posture, etc.

I have been having trouble with carpal tunnel in my right wrist for several months now. I have been unemployed for 8 months and have spent a great deal of time on the computer, so I'm sure that has been a factor. I've been using a splint at night, and will be returning to my regular job next week, which will keep me from overusing the computer. Hopefully it will resolve.
