Paralyized by a chicken burrito

One man is claiming the above. After eating the burrito he got violently ill and is blaming the supposedly undercooked chicken for giving him a bacterial infection that led to a disease that attacks the nervous system. One question, why is he just filing the suit now if this happened in September?

If all this is true, the delay in reporting could be from not knowing about it until after many doctors visits. Must remember some internal infections that tend to start with food attack the stomach first and then the noticeable response is anywhere from stomach aches to diarrhea. I have known/know people that are presently going to multiple visits to find out what is wrong with their health.

That is true. The article did make it sound like he got sick one day and was paralyzed pretty quickly though. If he was hospitalize din 24 hours, you would think they would have found out the cause much sooner than now.

I have never tried chicken neck. I think that is the worse part of the chicken I would ever take, but I don't want to try even. I don't know what is it, I think it's not eatable.
