I am talking about Anna Nicole Smith's whatever, not the radio guy. He is a lawyer who is licensed to practice law in California. Lawyers have to follow ethical rules. If they don't, they can lose their license which means they cannot practice law. Now granted, the guy only had 1 client who is now dead, but he might want to keep his law license. Here is what he has supposedly done (none of this is proven):
1. Falsified an official document when he allowed himself to be listed as Danielynn's father on the birth certificate.
2. Tried to get Larry Birkhead (the other possible father) to sign contracts for exclusive interviews without his attorneys being present.
Anything else anyone can think of? Although not in California, he is subject to the California rules whereever he is.
