Why Girlzss dont have equall rights to give divorce to thier husband in the same manner as husband can do it... Always men can do this very easilyy butt nn condition of women why culture n aur society creat the problems.. ??

Today rules have changed for women every where. Women have full right to take divorce. She gets full support from government, police as well as society. If you are specifically talking about Nikkha, a Muslim marriage, I better not say anything. Islam has its own rules for muslim women and if you want to remain faithful to your community then you have no choice but to blindly follow whatever your religion says. Only Education can bring awareness and give strengh to women to stand against injustice. So for future of your daughters...educated them first so that they become broad minded right from their childhood and take right decisions before it is too late.

For ur kind information..... in our religion .... islam ..... women has also equal rights as men. Men has right to devorced the wife on other hand women have also tight to dissolve or break her marriage (Nikkah) through COurt that we called (Khula)she can complain to in the court about her husband's neglegence and hard attitude or other problems facing by her from her husband but she must give the proof of her accuses against her husband, then she will be free from this marriage by the decision of COurt.

I think u don't need to explain about this right of women given to her by Islam. If she want to disolve the relation or marriage, she have ful right than she can get it through Court.
