Have you ever had kale?

Since I started eating healthier I had to find new snack foods. I went out to eat with a friend one night and she had kale as a garnish on her plate. I stole it just to see how it tasted. I was very pleased with the taste. I now keep it on hand all the time. My kids eat it, the rabbit eats it, my husband eats it. If you put some hummus on it, it's even more delicious.
