I noticed that when people leave comments there are stars with numbers in them by each person's name. What do the numbers on the stars mean, and how come different people have different numbers? Are we supposed to rate each person's comments or discussions? ...still trying to learn what I'm supposed to be doing.

Once you reach 100 posts, you will get a star next to your name! The number in the middle is the rating of the quality of your posts. As you post, people can rate it as positive and negative. This is reflected in the number within that star. The higher the number, the higher your rating!

The stars are your user rateing, that is why they are all different. You will see yours once you reach 100 post.
