how much do we get paid

can someone please tell me how much we get paid for referring people, starting discusions etc??

There is no "set" amount that you get paid for starting a discussion or responding to one. You get paid more for long discussions and long responses. You also get paid more for correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Another way to make money here is to upload pictures.

It is really hard to say. I know that you make at least a penny per picture - I loaded 3 and got .05 for them. Responses and discussions - between .01 and .10 ; but, it is really hard to tell because they are all lumped together. Starting a discussion, replying to people who respond to your discussion, and replying inside someone else's discusion do NOT increase the number next to your name BUT they DO increase your earnings.

On average , you have to post 1000 posts to earn around $10. For me , money may not be the most important as $10 every month does not really help me , but this website is interesting and i like to write and read..it will be better if you tink in this way

It's really not that bad. I reached my first payout ($10.19) with 292 responses and with 11 discussions that I had started. I only recently started loading photos. Capitalization, punctuation, spelling, and the length of your response all add up.
