Baked Potatoe Casserole

6 medium cubed potatoes 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 1/2 tsp Emerill's Bam it seasoning 3 tbsp butter or margarine 6 pcs. cooked bacon, crumbled 1 lb. broccolli (fresh or frozen) 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese In a large bowl, combine potatoes, salt, pepper,and Emerill's seasoning until evenly coated. Place potatoes in a 13 x 9 baking dish and top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour with foil on top. After an hour, take foil off and add bacon, broccolli, and cheese and bake for another 1/2 hour or until potatoes are done. Allow to cool a few minutes. Serve and enjoy! Great dish to bring for pot luck. Hope you enjoy it, let me know what you think.

oh your most welcome. I like to experiment alot with cooking and this was just something I threw together but was a hit with my family. I love finding new and interesting recipes. It is much better than making the same old things all the time. Hope you and your family enjoy!

thanks for the recipe here is another recipe for you Baked Potatoe Casserole 3 large baking potatoes 4 green onions 5 slices bacon (fried, crumbled) 1 tablespoon butter 3 tablespoons sour cream 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1/4 c. reserved) Wash and bake potatoes. Remove skin from the potato and mash. Add onions, bacon, 1/4 c.cheddar, sour cream, and butter to the mashed potatoes. Top with remaining cheddar and bake at 325 for 15 minuets or until cheese melts. hope you liked it

You can use anything you like really. Garlic powder works good, lemon pepper seasoning anything you have. It's a hearty meal or use as a side dish. Enjoy.
