Why there are two flags of China in mylot?

I click to "user by location" to help another mylot friend to find the flag of Korea then i found the flag of China then i see the flag of Hongkong why? why there have a flag for a city in China?I feel puzzled~~do you have some opinion to this thing?what is your view of the relationship of Hongkong and China?Please tell me~
