I'm back from my trip..

Here's an update of my trip. Before I left my one cat was being mean to my other cat and me as well. She would hiss and scratch at us which she never did in her year long life. When I got home a few hours ago I come to find that now she is in heat. While my other cat just got out of heat. The trip was pretty good I got there around 915pm. The next day we went to bingo at Potawatomi Casino. I didn't win but it was still fun. Then we went to Mayfair Mall in Milwaukee. I love that mall. So awesome. They had a wonderful Egyptian store. I also liked Forever 21. I hope to go back soon when I have some extra money. On the way to the mall and on the way back home I got car sick. That was bad, but now I know I can't ride in the backseat. LOL. We left this afternoon and went threw 9 snow storms. Got home around 6pm or so. I'm glad to be back home. I missed my cats and my own bed. Thank you to all my friends that responded to my other discussions about my trip and my birthday.

Welcome back PC! I know that even if I have had a wonderful time while away from home, there is nothing more comforting than sleeping in your own bed. Did your cats voice their opinion about you leaving them? Mine always do. From the moment they hear us on the porch to the time we settle in they are meowing up a storm. Once inside we have even had our little one climb to the highest point and jump to my shoulder. She loves her mommy.
Next trip, stay away from the backseat. : )

Hey. No my cats didn't really voice their opinions on my leaving them. When I got home I got an earful. Mine both love me. Next time I will definitely stay away from the backseat. Thanks for responding.

Most of the time if i even leave the room my cats like to have a hay day, they talk to me all the time, and i admit, i talk to them too :P
If i leave the house, even for 5 minutes, i will hear it for an hour, and they will be all over me, the one best thing about loving your babies, their always there for ya.
Yeah it sucks when one female is in heat, but if you get two, gosh, look out... it can be a nasty scene...
Good thing you got through safely on that trip of yours, this time of year is always the worst to travel, even though there's less people on the rodes, it's so unpredictable...
If you ever have to ride in the back seat again, they have herbal tabs now for car sickness, they also have this strip you can put on the back of any vehicle, and you can change it easily at any time, that takes it all away, amazingly enough.

Goodness my cat makes a big deal if ive been away a while. At first shes really happy to see me but once she gets over that I get the full brunt of her anger for leaving her alone and going. Anyway glad to hear you had a good time and welcome back.

Welcome back! WOW I had no idea you went to Milwaukee, I love that place. My son moved there a few years ago and i go there every Sept. It is a great place to visit. I went to the casino the last time I was there and didn't win either. :(
I also went on the party cruise in the bay it was a blast! I love the Mayfair Mall I go everytime I visit. I will be going back in Septemeber for his wedding and can;t wait!

I love Milwaukee. That's cool that you go there every Sept. to see your son. I love the casino. Mayfair Mall is awesome. I told my friend I have to move into the mall because I love it. Have you ever been to the little Egyptian store. It's really cool. They have lots of pretty things there. You can even get your name written in hyrogliphics in a necklace for $70. There was another cool store on the 1st floor. I forgot the name of it but it started with a V and it was 2 words. Wonderful clothes and great prices. My friend said it was new so you may not have gone there before. Thanks for responding.

Hi, wow it looks like you had a fantastic trip, oh no you got car sick don't they have any tablets you can take to stop that in the U.S. I bet you missed your cats and especially your own bed there is nothing like sleeping in your own bed until you are go away. Yea it was a pretty good trip. They do have tablets you can take but I didn't know I was going to get car sick because I've never rode in the backseat of my car before. I missed my cats a bunch. Thanks for responding. You'll hear more from me.

Thanks for the welcome back. I missed your discussions too. I will be responding to many today since I missed out on 2 days of mylot. The snowstorms weren't too bad. People were just slow and weren't using their headlights. I wake up this morning and it's snowing here. LOL. Thanks for responding.

Wow what an adventure! It's funny you should mention the snow storms. My friend CJ is traveling with his dad on a couple trucking routes and they got stuck in a snow storm in, I think he said West Nebraska. Wow, I didn't even bother to check how far the storms were spread. Well, at least you made it back safely. Thank goodness for that. I am glad you had a great birthday and it is good to have you back. im glad you had a good trip. i hope i can go on one very shortly. not nice getting car sick, but my bf cant ride on back seat either of most cars.
i bet you missed your cars and own bed, i miss my dogs even when just gone for a couple of hours. lol.

That's too bad that your bf can't ride in the back seat either. I missed my cats a lot. My bed too. Although the one I slept on was real nice. I hope you can go on a trip soon. It's always nice to get away for a bit. Thanks for responding.

Sounds like you had a great trip. I am glad you had a good time. I also say there is no place like home. I am sure you could not wait to sleep in your own bed. I know when I get back from vacations I love that first night sleep in my own bed. Glad to have you back.

I'm so glad you're home safe, and that your trip was so enjoyable. Sounds like you had loads of fun. Don't feel bad about the car sickness thing...I can't ride in the back seat either! LOL. My brother used to tease me about it until a few years ago. His wife tattled on him and told me that he gets sick when he rides in the back seat too! I love it....ammo to get him back with! LOL. Yes of course I'll get them spayed first. So, I can come home to peace and quiet or I could take them with me. The mall won't be for a little while probably. Thanks for responding.

Welcome back. By your description it looks like it was a great trip. But it also looks like it was a short one.
I don't like to travel to some new place and don't fave time to explore the place well.

Happy belated birthday! I'm glad that you had a chance to get away for a few days and to have some fun. You must have driven right through all of the bad weather that we kept hearing about. I'm sure that wasn't pleasant. It's always good to get home after being away, isn't it? I love to come home and find my cat here, waiting on me. Maybe you'll make enough on myLot to be able to go back to the Mayfair Mall! You could if you saved your earnings for a few months.

Thanks for the Happy belated birthday. Yea I think I did drive through all the bad weather everyone heard about. It wasn't the greatet weather but it wasn't too horrible either. I love to come home from a nice trip. No matter how stressful home is. I doubt I'll make enough on mylot to go to the mall. Maybe the gas to get there and back but not shopping. LOL. Welcome back. I'm glad you had a good time,and sorry about the car sickness. I know what you mean abut being glad to be home though. I love travelling, but there's nothing quite so comforting as sleeping in your own bed, - and seeing your cats of course. Oh - and belated happy birthday by the way:-))

Me too. I didn't take any pictures of the snow. I don't like snow so pictures would be too depressing. LOL. I guess you're right about not calling me a back seat driver. Thanks for responding.
