I believe an area should be provided after all it is a habit, an adiction, therefore in its own rights a disease. We have wheelchair ramps, wider doors, and until we teach people not to start smoking and why we should not deny those who are already sick should we????

banning smoking in public places is the best reform. passive smoking is the worst hazard. smoke where people are not present.

A big yes to this question. My view is that smoking is an individual's habit but it should never become a nuisance to the public. Passive smokers are more affected than active smokers. Why should innocent people suffer. Smoking should definitely be banned in public places.
