Do you eat sunflower seeds?
Do you go through streaks of being addicted to them?
Do you get the flavored kinds (BBQ, ranch...etc) or do you eat them salted or unsalted? Shelled or unshelled?
I am going through my streaks of eating them again (like I am now, which brings up the questions lol). I eat mine salted, shelled, & no flavors.
My tongue & lips gets sore from eating them, but oh how I enjoy them!

I use to eat sunflower seeds, especially when I was playing baseball when I was younger. We used to eat those things all the time. I prefer mine unsalted. I am not sure how healthy they are to eat so I stopped eating them. I was not aware of the flavored kinds as I am sure they were not available back when I was playing ball. :-)

Actually they are not unhealthy at all, on the contrary, specially if you prefer the unsalted variety:)

I like sunflower seeds, too but can only eat them unshelled for the exact reason you stated...my mouth gets sores and all on it because of the salt and stuff. I do love the taste, though. And, I just eat plain...no flavors. :)

I Like sunflower seeds:) I prefer unflavored shelled and salted. I never really noticed if I go through any special times where I eat them more of less, but I know that I don't eat them regularly. Usually I remember about them when I saw some kids in my school eating them, and then I end up buying some too :)

My friend just gave me some chocolate covered sunflower seeds. Oh my god!!! yum!!
I love sunflower seeds. I usually like to eat them shelled, salted and end up with a sore tongue and lips, like you. I go through kicks with them. I will go months and months with out having any and then eat them all the time for a few months. It's crazy, but I love them.
