Are you afraid of the crowd...?

i dont like to be a part in the crowd. in the mall or at school or anywhere.. if theres too many people, i go to other places. i feel dizzy with all the people around me, im not comfortable..its not that im embarrassed or not confident i just dont like big crowds..

Lacking confidence or feeling embarrassed... I guess both are likely factors. Another reason could be that they are worried that people are looking at them. They are just worried about what people will think, if and how they will be criticised and commented on, etc.

i never really felt scared or nervous about speaking in front of a crowd. My ex did she went to a group called toast masters that helps with this she woudl freeze up adn not know what to say.

I am not afraid of a crowd, but I don't like being in a crowd or being crowded. I do not lack confidence, and have made speeches before large crowds, as well as handled large numbers of people, but I hate being in the middle of a large crowd I feel claustrophobic. In a lift if there are a lot of people, I need to stand near the door.
