contrast shower will help your hair grow and the reason for it is the shock for your body that boosts your immune system. It will be good not just for you hair but for your entire body. :) I remember you mantioned that you have a sauna. I usually get into sauna for about 20 minutes (don't forget to wrap your head in the towel to keep it cool) than jump in the very cold pool for several seconds or hop in the cold shower to create a shock. I never get sick, it helps to clear up your skin if you have problems, also it trains your blood vessels to be flexible and you garantee don't have wrinkles for a long time. :) Than I wrap in the towel and rest, drink warm decaf herb tea to keep sweating and go to sauna for another 20 min. :) Remember about honey scrub? Second session is a time to use it. :) After that a rinse off shower, finish with cold water and you are a brand new person again. LOL Oh, VERY IMPORTANT drink plenty of water. H2O is the key to humans health since our bodies are almost 65% water. Massaging your scalp will help as well. My ex was loosing his hair and I made him massage his scalp every night for half an hour while watching TV and you know what, it stopped hair loss! In your case I would say start from inside. I don't know if you take any vitamines and minerals but I would recommend you to get a bottle of Centrum Performance. Sometimes hair doesn't grow because your body lacks of certain microelements or vitamins. Try to eat realtively healthy food (if you need any help email me). Femails can start to loose hair because of the lack of iron since we have period every month a loose a lot iron with blood. DO NOT take any iron supplements. It can lead to a liver problems since it designed to treat medical conditions. Centrum have a daily value of every microelement that you need. Exercise every day. It will speed up your metabolism and, of course, will help with your hair growth. Now shampoo and conditioner. You didn't mantioned what type of hair you have and if it's natural or color treated. If you will post some more details I will write you recommendations for it. :) I hope this will help. Take care.
