Okay, I bought some curry powder for the first time. My only memory of having it before was when as a child my mother made a dish and used way too much...the house stunk for days. This has left a very poor impression upon my oratory sensibilities. However, I thought I would like to give it a try - using less liberalities with it than Mother did. It smells seems a bit like tumeric to me, which I know to be healthful. How do you like to use Curry Powder? what dishes do you sprinkle it on? got a recipe?
