gain weight

GOOD DAY TO ALL!! I wanted to know how to have a healthy body and weight... i'm 25years of age and weighing 91lbs... 5'5 in height.. when i was a baby, my mother told me that i'm healthy enough, but as i grow up it seems that i'm too slim, some tells me that i might be malnourish but i dont think so coz i feel healthy. it's just that i'm thin. i eat alot but it seems that nothing has change with my figure.. what do you think is my problem? can anybody help me?

If you are healthy then you are ok. If you eat a lot and still not getting heavy, its your metabolism that causing it. The food that you take are converted fast to energy and it's not turning to fat that why you are not gaining any weight. When you grow older your metabolism will slow down and you'll start gaining weight. Or if you will have a baby it will affect have some affect also. Try eating more.

Yeah, I eat alot of food, it just happen that metabolism is to fast. Thank's for the response!
