what do you mean "a member pin" if you mean a bank pin thenn your breaking the rules mister so well...don't!

i do believe that you are after a PIN to go from free to play to members, well to get one of those, you need to go to www.runescape.com then chose to start a new subscription, and chose a way to pay, then pay for your membership! you will get a pin from most forms of payment (just an e-mail from giving credit card details).

I agree with Sparkfire, Sythe.org has a huge community but all the hackers recently got back on so i don't know about it anymore, be careful always use a MM (middleman)

NEVER use sythe unless you want to sign a permission slip for your account to get scammed. If thats the case then please go ahead. Sythe is 90% scammers and the few legit ppl are quitting day by day. I used to be with sythe and quit because it was getting bad.
