What's the hardest part about eating vegetables? Getting them out of the wheelchair! (ba-dum-tss!) What do y'all think of offensive humor?

there's this guy who was having his birthday so he said to his wife, "Y'know, i want to be happy this day because it's my birthday." and then hands over to his wife 3 movie tickets. the wife was surprised and thought how sweet her husband was, but asked, "how come there are 3 tickets?" the guy said, "that's for you and your parents." reading the posts, no one really answered your question about what they think of offensive humor. but isn't that very subjective? one joke may be offensive to one, but not offensive to another...

Yeah. I was hoping for some opinions, but at least the jokes are funny.

Hearing Aid An elderly gentleman had serious hearing problems for a number of years. He went to the doctor and the doctor was able to have him fitted for a set of hearing aids that allowed the gentleman to hear 100%. The elderly gentleman went back in a month to the doctor and the doctor said, "Your hearing is perfect. Your family must be really pleased that you can hear again." The gentleman replied, "Oh, I haven't told my family yet. I just sit around and listen to the conversations. I've changed my will three times!"

I love offensive humor. I have never been offended by any joke. But that's just me. I know alot of people tend to get really upset over harmeless jokes. But to me there just that, a joke, ment to make you laugh. The only joke that would offend me is the ones that are just out right stupid & make no sence. Come on, you know there are some jokes that cant possable make anyone smile. IMO Offensive humor is the best!

I wouldn't say it's the best, but at least now I'm getting some opinions.

I think jokes are all in good fun.I don't find them offensive.I am blonde,Polish and Italian.I get alot of jokes aimed at me.Heres a few. Two blondes are walking down the street. One looks down and finds up a compact mirror. She looks at it and says"Wow! That person looks familiar".The other blonde says "Let me see".She looks into the compact for a while and then says"You dumba**,that's me!".Here's another one. What goes round and round blonde, brunette, blonde, brunette, blonde, brunette? A blonde doing a cartwheel.

I thought the hardest part about eating vegetables is to start eating them! Don't you find them so cute & pretty? I can't bear to eat them...

It took me a second to get your joke, but I got it. Some jokes which I find to be offensive others do not, likewise some that I don't find offensive some do. I think offensive humor is really in the eye of the beholder. Gratned there are a range of topics which the majority of people will agree should be taboo to joke about, but in all honesty when it comes to telling jokes you can expect to offend at least one person. The thing to keep in mind is the intent behind the joke. Was it made in pure jest or to be cruel? Unfortunately even then the meaning can be lost in the interpretation.

Yeah, it's all about intent. And the thing is, with most jokes, the party most likely to take offense can be changed. You can replace Methodist, Baptist and Presbyterian with any other groups, for example. What's the difference between a Methodist and a Baptist? --Methodists greet each other when they go to a bar.

there are very few jokes i find offencive. there are far more things to worry about than the questionable sense of humor of others.
