Employment or Business?

I have been in this company for almost four years now. I was just thinking.. would it be better for me to start my own business rather that running other people's company and helping them become richer by working so hard? Which do you prefer? Running your own business or just be employees? Please share some ideas that would enlighten me... thanks!

putting up a business is very risky, but there is no person that become successful by not taking a risk, business is better than employment but with the right time, also right knowledge must be obtain by the person on doing some business, I agree with you that our B O S S is getting richer and richer, we are not working for ourselves but we are working for HIS DREAMS! haha, but it is the reality and there is no wrong about it, once you are the boss, you are really the boss, I hope someday I can put up my own company because ever since I was a child I want to become a business man, I have seen a lot of people who are already 50 years old, but still not financial freedom, it is because they are not open minded and not open to try a business. I dont want to be like that. LOL!

You have rightly thought atleast now. Employment will feed you., But self employment will prosper you.
