Social Welfare... Post small business ideas Please

Our group of friends want to start a social welfare project. Aim is to help people to help themselves. We will provide fund for small business ideas (their ideas or our own ideas) and will help them to generate income for themselves and their familes. Here in Pakistan all family members dont work. Only Father or in case of elder brothers work. Women usually maintain only homes. So all family members depend on one person in most of the cases. Their are alot of poor people who couldnt run their families due to lack of even small oppourtunities. Our aim is to provide them that small oppourtunities with continuous guidance & monitoring throughout the whole process to make sure to complete the process effectively and successfully. Than once the person is able to generate some money, he will start paying us back with some interval and that fund will again utilize in the same activity to support more people. Now we need ideas of small business that also need small investments. Like selling small stationey items, magazines, newspapers, etc. Please post as many responses as possible that will be really helpful
