Isn't that the festival held in Florida where people dress up and party in the streets and have a parade? Kinda like a smaller version of Mardi Gras

ding ding ding...You are correct!!! This is what I have been doing all this week...and so far there is an estimated 100,000 people on this tiny island, on one street! There is more supose to be arriving tonight and tomorrow...its very big!!! Im haven a great time...thanks for the response...
