am into orchids. have several flowering verieties. and i manage to make them flower by replicating moist conditions artificially. they are doing well if the quantum of flowers i get is an indication. can i enhance the flowers by some kind of manure ? though i guess they take their nutrients from the host, there ought to be some thing they prefer over the other stuff ? can some one help plz?

Accordingly, charcoal is good for orchids and so we put charcoal on the roots. Accordingly also, eggshell is good for orchids. I am not also a good grower of orchids but my cousin has many and is selling here in the Philippines.
