I need a skin product for the face that actually works.

I need some product that actually works to give me a smooth and clean face. One that eliminates blackheads, whiteheads, blemishes, I think have oily skin so I don't if that is a problem, and everything else that I forgot to mention. I'm starting to see wrinkles on my forehead so I need something for that. I also have some weird red thing under my bottom lip to near my chin. It looks sort of brown it's not a rash or nothing but I want to get rid of it. Also do I need something to make my pores smaller?, I heard that's the secret to smooth skin. Please help me, I am so sick of this and I want get rid of it now. I'm a guy so I don't know if that means a different products.

I suggest anything from the company clean & clear..its affordable, its not too strong and it has everything in it you need to get rid of blackheads and any other skin problem..as far as the blemishes are concerned, there is a product by the aveeno company..its a bar of soap specifically for your complexion and it works very well..its all a matter of keeping your skin clear and free of oil that can break you out..

I think that murad has good products and I like Obagi Nu-Derm Foaming Gel for oily skin. Use a clay mask for your pores and drink plenty of water.

to eliminate blackheads and whiteheads you should remove them by freaking them with the help of pimple remover,then apply antibiotic astringent to your face and apply Erythromycin to dried it quickly then after three days apply retenoic acid to remove the dark spot.
