John Lennon is the power center of the group because he embodies the band's creative spirit aside from imbuing it with a larger than life aura.

Definitely it's John Lennon. He has more critically-acclaimed albums than any of the Beatles members. And his "Flower Power philosophy" is quite popular among the youths of the 70's and also today.

Lennon, McCartney and Harrison were all equally influential if caliber and intensity is to be considered. However their fields of influence were different. While Harrison was more inclined to spirituality and mysticism, Lennon had strong and rebelling views about life. Paul was musically the most established of them all. Its a personal choice whom to choose out of these three.

the influential guys in the beatles are john and paul,there was a competition among them to take credit for the songs.i think john was the most influential guy among the beatles.
