How safe are you in a cemetary

It is very unsafe for us to visit our late relatives graves, here in South Africa. At the entrach to the cemetary they have a big warning sign 'BEWARE OF HIJACKERS'. Does this happen in the country you live in?

Ah, this is so sad. Do the hijackers rob you or steal your vehicle? I must say so far so good. I go to the cemetary quite often and have never heard anything bad about cemetaries where I live. The police in your country should do their best to make cemetaries safe for relatives to visit.

Thanks for your response. It has got so bad here, we have decided to put my dads ashes in the crypt under the church. We were going to bury them at the cemetary with his 2 sons. But as we hardly go anymore in fear of being hijacked, there doesent seem much point burying them there.
