ABEC-7, ABEC-3, ABEC-5 or ABEC-9 is all I know of but, what I want to ask is, is it size? My board is a rookie complete and they have ABEC-7. At first I thought size! But then I looked at pro completes and I see they all have ABEC-9 so i thought maybe it makes the wheels faster but is that possible? I don't know if you know anything help me out, Thanks.

You guessed it, so be careful when you put those ABEC-9's in.

Bones Redz are best to use for cruising like a longboard or something. Bone Swiss's, or Bone Ceramics are good for skating because they are very durable. I can't remember which version Bones they were but they had 6 balls instead of 8 and they were much larger, those are good to use when ollieing off 15 stairs or more, thats how durable they are.
