Has anyone used this before? Are their quotes accurate? I am thinking of trading in my PC for them (I paid about $300 for this PC 2 years ago and they are saying I will get $194 with the upgraded video card) and using the credit towards a new PC.

The thing to beware of is the cost of the new computer. I am not suggesting that Tiger Direct would be expensive, but I do recommend comparing the prices before going any further. It would be easy to offer a good trade in price if the cost was covered by the profits on the new system.

I would be buying the system through them, but it is actually made by another company. I have compared their prices to 3 other companies and so far they have been the best. I am more concerned about Tiger giving me one price, then not paying what the quote.

I've never used this so this post is probably useless. But always be aware of things like that. They could rip you off like a telemarketer or something. I don't know. Mind you this post was 3 years ago so im not sure.

Hmmm, I have never done this nor heard of this. But if you can get a good price value for your old and get a replacement at a decent price, or getting rid of a computer you don't use then I would think that is fine.
