False Advertising

Don't you just hate it when you go into a store, spend a good amount of time picking things out, trying things on, getting frustrated because things don't fit right and finally find the right outfit only to find that the items you've picked out aren't on sale? I was recently in a well known full figured women's store and found a pair of pants that fit wonderfully, got them up to the register and the sales clerk says these aren't on sale. There was sign posted right on the rack that I picked them from, but did not pertain to those items on that rack. It just irks me to death that stores do this. After reading the fine print those particular pants were not on sale, so why then did they post it there. I told the girl she could keep her merchandise and that I thought it was very deceiving to do that. I know she "only works there", but that to me is false advertising.
