baby suicide........why???

Day ago on tv Die gave the news of a suicide that I open-mouthed halasciata.
I keep on thinking of us, a 13 years old girlie left a ticket for the parents, then shot herself. I ask myself, and I ask to you, but what can be there in mind of a 13 years old of so terrible that push it to the suicide girlie????
And why enitori leave a arms within reach to a daughter????
Why has the world got so cruel????
