First of all, the main people's saying is that Nibiru has a highly elliptical orbit, extending well beyond Pluto and eventually making its way between Earth and Mars/Jupiter/Or any other planet. I do not think it is a far stretch to say that if such a Planet existed, there would be no way it could remain warm enough to sustain any kind of life -- if it extends beyond Pluto, the temperature would be within a hundred degrees of absolute zero -- much too cold for anything that is living to exist. Some people claim that it is a brown dwarf or that it is orbiting a brown dwarf -- This claim is impossible, as a brown dwarf would have too much gravity and be much too hot to sustain life, and if it were orbiting a brown dwarf, we would notice its gravitational pull on the sun (although not much of a pull, we notice brown dwarf pulls on stars hundreds of light years away, so we would notice something). The modern laws of physics also states that an elliptical orbit would be impossible -- I forgot the name of the law, but it would eventually get a more normal orbit or would fly out into deep space.
People claim that it was discovered in 1983: bogus. The discovery was a distant galaxy, and while it was a big discovery (a new type of galaxy), it was not a planet. The press concluded it was a planet, for god knows what reason.
People claim there are photographs of it: Again, bogus. All of the photographs are of moons from our solar system or are distant galaxies or stars.
Nibiru was supposedly going to kill us in May 2003, and well, needless to say, we didn't die then.
There also is a belt consisting of many pluto-sized asteroids beyond Pluto. If such a planet existed in that area, it would be bombarded constantly with asteroids and comets, which would pretty much keep it sterlyzed.
There is no Planet X, there are no Annuraki. Sumerians drew funky graphics on all of there stuff, and if they were so advanced, why did they get taken over so easily?
