i make cloth diapers with most of my fluff. unless it's an actual diaper purchase that i'm receiving then i try it on my little one and check out the workmanship

Thats interesting, a couple of weeks ago I went to visit a friend who was cleaning out her elderly Aunts house as she had to go to a Nursing Home, the house was packed with bags of everythign you could think of, they came across a bag while I was there and when they opened it it was full of new unused cotton type nappies and we wondered what she was doing with these as she was an unmarried lady, we then sound another bag of babies clothes made out of the same cotton type material, some were not sewn up as yet so we figured at some time she must have worked in a factory making them but I had never seen nappys made out of this material before, very old I would imagine....very interesting.... :)

oooh that would have been a find i would have truely enjoyed. it does sound like it was either a factory job of some sort she had or maybe she, like me, made them on her own and sold them to friends in years past.
