Liquid Nutrition or solid pills?

What would you prefer? a liquid easy to swallow multivitamin or a solid hard to swallow pill?

It doesn't matter to me, because I can swallow both easily, but if you are talking about the taste, I will choose the liquid one, because some of them had cherry or mint flavour.
