when can we see OLED TV in the market?

Does anyone know when we can get OLED TV soon ??
Would be interested to know the price and technical specs that OLED can support. From the internet, it seems like OLED is replacing LCD in the near future. I just hope that Sony will have nice OLED panel TV.
