Two paypal accounts allowed?

It's possible to open two paypal accounts. And you can very well play to transact amounts betwwen these two paypal accounts as many times you want to. Provided you have two separate e_mail addresses and two separate credit cards. As such you don't get two credit cards on the same bank account unless it's a joint account of two persons(say husband & wife). Or in other case you can add your debit card in one paypal account and the credit card in the another paypal account with the single bank account. But I think all this exercise is of no use. I have two PayPal accounts but one is registered in my business name and the other is for personal use. For an individual to open two PayPal accounts is breaking PayPal's rules and they will freeze/close your accounts if they catch you doing this. Now, that's not to say there's not ways around it - as others have said using different bank accounts and credit cards on each will help to lessen the chances of PayPal finding out but they run all kinds of checks (including using your IP address) so there's every possibility you will get caught doing it I'm afraid.
