Dogs as friends or dogs as babies?

a lot of people now baby their pets. i am guilty at this. my yorkie is super spoiled, and i do everything i can for him. are you guilty of this too?

I babies my puppies. I do treat them like my children. But they dont get everything. I want my puppies to be like my kids and my friends.

My dog has to stay outside because my husband has severe allergies to it. But i baby her.. and i baby talk to her lol."how's mommas baby today?" stuff like that.. drives my hubby batty. lol

baby talking to the dog--yup im guilty of that too. and it's actually funa dn it makes the dog smarter that we dont talk to him like he's a dog. he understands a lot of things. but maybe im too delusional LOL. i dont even think of him as a dog anymore but as a baby.

I think it does to.. our neighbors has dogs and i think my dog is smarter because i do talk to her have since she was a baby puppy. Not to be mean but they do have some dumb dogs lol of course they are tied up out side and dont get talked to or anything...

I love my pets...all 10 of them but my 2 yorkies are definitely my babies! I never met two girls more pampered than mine! They even have wardrobes that put mine to shame. Their wardrobes also include a tiara and collars with their names spelled out in crystals! They have such a life! We should all be so lucky! :)

OMG me too! he also has that collar with his name in swarovski crystals! i had to buy a new cabinet jsut for him cos his clothes were getting to be too much! he also has a big drawer full of toys. yes, he has a lot of them. but it's all worth it because he is very sweet.

My dog is my friend and my baby. haha She knows it too. We got her the day I found out I was pregnant. So she was here before my daughter. So she was the first baby :).

time had been change and lots of things change when time pass by. We are now take very good care to our pets some can be treat better then thier own children...why? I got no ideas and I always feel sad for those who really poor,helpless folk.....why the pets can be treat better then you?How many children die for hungry every year?yet there's lot of people provide their pets first class living..when pets been ill they can easily pay hundred to tousands for it but at the sametimes someone you don't even know was die cause of no medicines or don't have any chances to be treat!!Thats I feel guilty!!!
