Yes. Good for inspiration, bad for information. Don't get into house-flipping.

Well, house flipping was good for investing i nthe begining when not too many people knew about it but now everyone is trying to flip houses and now when the housing market going down, it is very bad. But good book.

No, but I read Knowledge within your Reach by Francisco Colayco, a Filipino author. The idea is still the same. By the way, there's a new book Why we want you to be Rich by Donald Trump & Robert Kiyosaki, the same guy who wrote that book.

Yes and I find it very educational and can add your knowledge on financial literacy aspects.Its a good resource on investing and it is really applied real life situation.
