Do you breathe correctly

I have been told I do not breathe correctly and therefore build up carbon monoxide. This was tested via a blood test from the artery in my wrist. I was quite shocked as I thought we all breathed correctly. The doctor told me I have to concentrate on breathing exercises a few times daily! Has anyone hear of this before? Maybe he was just trying to get me out of his rooms. haha

Yes, I've heard of it, but I don't think everybody finds the necessity to do breathing exercises daily. I suppose, subconsciously, I do breath differently when walking up on the hills or on the seafront. I am aware that I then breathe deeply in through my nose, and out through my mouth, which does exhale the worst toxins. Brightest Blessings.

I have been blessed many times before, but your phrase 'Brightest Blessings' is the nicest one I have ever heard. Thankyou!

funnily enough although you would think something so natural would be done correctly with out thought it is true that lots of people don't breath correctly. think of singers they have to do breathing exercises to help them with their singing as they are not breathing deeply enough without this. I would follow yur doctors advice, also when people panic they start to breath in a fast and shallow way called hypervenelating and this cn be cured by breathing into a paper bag.

yes, I know something about it. I think that a lot of people have problems of breathe and probably I am one of them. I didn't ask to the doctor about and realyy he didn't tell me to do something special as exercise.
