How many responses do you need to get from your discussions before you can earn from them. When you comment on a response do you also get credit for it?

You are paid for participation so that is responding and starting discussions. If you wish to make about a dollar or more a day then shoot for about 50 responses and make them about 3 lines or more long and thought out. Also preferably on topic. With some effort you can make some good pocket money. They also say to not to respond to everyone that responds to you, that does not drive the earnings. Good luck with this, you will do better as you do more!

i doubt that you get anything for starting discussions.. however.. i guess there is a bonus if your discussion makes it to the popular discussions page.. not sure.. but i guess that's the case...

When you post a topic you get paid as soon as somebody posts a response. You also get paid for every response you make to other peoples discussions. You might also get a little extra if your response receives the 'Best Response'. Hope this helps.

i think you don't get money for making a discussion, but i think if you comment..it is calculated as a post;)
